Prasuci Panda welcomed in Bhubaneswar after winning Miss Teen Universe India 2026

Prasuci Panda was crowned Miss Teen Universe India 2026 on July 20. Upon returning to her home state, a grand felicitation ceremony was held at a hotel in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, where hundreds of supporters, dignitaries and media gathered. During a press conference she described the homecoming as an "emotional moment" and pledged to work harder to make her parents, Odisha and the whole country proud.

Panda, a student in the 11th standard, will represent India at the Miss Teen Universe international pageant next year, aiming to bring the global crown home. She hails from Hilpatna, Berhampur in Ganjam district, and moved to Delhi to pursue modelling after beginning training at age four. Her professional runway debut also came in 2026, leading to the national title.

The event highlights the enthusiasm of local officials and the public in Odisha for a teenager poised to showcase India on an international stage.
