Prati-Donaduzzi opens 2026 Trainee Program for manufacturing leadership

Prati-Donaduzzi, a major Brazilian generic medicine manufacturer, has opened applications for its 2026 Trainee Program. The initiative is designed to develop future leadership talent specifically within the manufacturing sector.

The two-year program focuses on the Projects area, providing participants with strategic challenges, practical experience, and exposure to various business processes. Trainees will work with multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions and improve process performance. The curriculum includes technical and behavioral training in areas such as Pharmaceutical Industrial Management, Black Belt, Negotiation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Data Management.

Candidates must hold a degree in Pharmacy completed between December 2023 and December 2025, possess intermediate Excel skills, and be available to work in Toledo, Paraná. Successful participants may be promoted to Manufacturing Supervisors within 24 months, depending on performance and vacancy availability. Applications are open until August 23, 2026.
