Prato and Brindisi Montagna host summer fairs attracting families

From 26 August to 17 September, Prato’s Viale Marconi will host the traditional Luna Park, one of Tuscany’s largest amusement fairs, offering rides, food stalls from across Italy and special promotions such as a “Buy‑two‑pay‑one” ticket for children under 14, a three‑day “Children’s Festival” and a free‑access “Day for the Differently‑Abled” on 7 September.

Meanwhile, the historic Parco della Grancia in Brindisi Montagna, Basilicata, recorded a sold‑out weekend of nature‑based activities, falconry displays and the outdoor cinespettacolo “La Storia Bandita”, a theatrical reenactment of brigandage that involved hundreds of costumed participants. Organisers announced the park will reopen the following weekend and advise advance ticket purchase.
