Prato launches TiPo Festival for industrial tourism

The TiPo Festival 2026, an industrial tourism event focused on Europe’s largest textile district, is set to begin in Prato. The program includes production site tours, workshops, and cultural activities centered on the circular economy and textile reuse.

A featured exhibition at Manifatture Digitali Cinema will showcase the costume collection from the television series ‘I Medici – Masters of Florence’, designed by Alessandro Lai. Additionally, the festival includes guided visits to the Plures Textile Hub, a facility dedicated to the selection and treatment of textile waste, highlighting the intersection of innovation and tradition in the Prato district.
