Prayagraj sees large crowds for Padma Ekadashi rituals

Large crowds of devotees gathered at the Triveni Sangam and Ganga Ghats in Prayagraj to observe Padma Ekadashi. Many pilgrims performed holy dips in the river and engaged in prayers and rituals.

Padma Ekadashi, occurring during the Shukla Paksha of the Bhadrapada month, involves the worship of Lord Vishnu in his Vamana avatar. The occasion holds special significance as it coincides with Tuesday, adding importance to the worship of Lord Hanuman. Additionally, the timing aligns with the start of many pilgrims' journeys to Gaya.
