PRCA season concludes with final qualification push for 2026 NFR

The PRCA regular season concludes on September 30, marking the final opportunity for contestants to qualify for the 2026 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR). The Duel at the Dunes invitational, featuring a $60,000 purse, serves as a critical final event for rough stock riders, including bareback, saddle bronc, and bull riders, to secure their positions in the top 15 world standings.

In the saddle bronc riding category, the competition for the 15th spot is exceptionally tight. Ben Andersen currently holds the position with $152,778, while Damian Brennan sits at number 16 with $152,511—a margin of only $266.

Unofficial world standings for team roping headers show Kaleb Driggers in the top position with $251,887 in earnings, followed by Tyler Tryan and Korbin Rice. In the heeling category, Junior Nogueira leads the standings with $251,887, followed by Nicky Northcott and Cooper Freeman.
