PRD files complaint over alleged electoral crimes in Tlaxcala

The state leadership of the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) in Tlaxcala has filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office (FGJE) to investigate alleged electoral crimes. The complaint alleges that public resources, institutional infrastructure, and government employees were used at the Casa de Gobierno to serve as a campaign bunker for a candidate from the Morena party.

Juan Manuel Cambrón Soria, a PRD leader, stated that the investigation should include a review of surveillance camera footage from the Casa de Gobierno to establish responsibility. The complaint highlights conflicting statements from officials regarding the use of the building, noting that while a communications official previously confirmed the irregularities, the Secretary of Government later denied them.
