Premia Properties reports 21% revenue growth in H1 2026
Premia Properties reported a significant increase in financial performance for the first half of 2026, with revenues rising by 21% and operating profits (EBITDA) increasing by 34% compared to the same period last year.
The company’s investment portfolio value reached €755.3 million as of June 30, 2026, representing a 9% increase from the end of 2025. The portfolio includes 78 properties totaling 575,000 square meters of managed space. Key operational metrics include a gross property income yield of 7.1% and a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of 10.1 years.
Strategic expansions include the acquisition of hotel units in Kos and a major investment in Akti Hotels & Resorts in Rhodes and Kos, totaling 1,316 rooms. Additionally, the company is integrating student housing properties in Xanthi, Volos, Patra, Rhodes, and Athens into its portfolio. Recent divestments included a logistics property in Thessaloniki for €17 million and a commercial property in Voula for €1 million. As of mid-2026, the company reported equity of €278.5 million and net debt of €467.0 million.
