Premier American Uranium announces strategic deal with DISA Uranium

Premier American Uranium is restructuring its US uranium portfolio through a strategic deal with DISA Uranium. As part of the agreement, Premier American Uranium will transfer four Colorado-based projects—Outlaw Mesa, Atkinson Mesa, Monogram Mesa, and Slick Rock—to DISA Uranium. In exchange, Premier American Uranium will receive DISA shares valued at approximately 2 million USD and warrants.

Additionally, DISA Uranium is set to invest 5 million USD in Premier American Uranium at a price of 0.75 CAD per share, representing a 41.5% premium over the closing price on September 14, 2026. Upon closing, DISA is expected to hold roughly 8.7% of Premier American Uranium through subscription receipts, with the possibility of a board seat.

The company will shift its primary focus to the Cebolleta, Kaycee, and Cyclone projects. The Cebolleta project in New Mexico remains a central asset, with 2025 preliminary economic assessments projecting an after-tax net present value of 83.9 million USD.
