Premier League 2: Arsenal U21s and Birmingham City draw goalless

In Premier League 2 action, Arsenal U21s played to a goalless draw against Birmingham City. Despite dominating much of the first half and seeing Andre Harriman-Annous strike the post, the Arsenal side was unable to overcome Birmingham goalkeeper Tyrese Warmington. The result leaves Arsenal with three draws from their first four league matches. The match also featured the U21 debut of 16-year-old Elyon Mbala.

In a separate Premier League 2 fixture, Burnley prepared to face Derby County. Burnley entered the matchup in 27th place, having lost their opening three games of the season, while Derby sat in 17th place.
