Premier League broadcasting updates and Czech player developments

Canal+ Sport is introducing new broadcasting features for the upcoming Premier League season in the Czech and Slovak markets. For the first time, viewers will have the option to choose English-language commentary provided directly by the Premier League production company, replacing the previous option of stadium noise without commentary.

The broadcaster will air all 380 matches of the season. In addition to football, the autumn season will feature WTA women's tennis tournaments and various original programming.

On the player front, Czech goalkeeper Lukáš Horníček has joined Newcastle United. Analysts suggest his physical attributes and experience could make him a strong asset in the Premier League. Meanwhile, Tomáš Kinský has secured his position as the primary goalkeeper for Tottenham Hotspur following a period of significant mental resilience and performance improvements.
