Ipswich Town and Brighton complete major Premier League transfers

Ipswich Town has completed a club-record transfer by signing Paraguayan attacking midfielder Julio Enciso from Strasbourg. The 22-year-old, who previously played for Ipswich on loan, joins on a five-year contract in a deal worth more than €30 million including bonuses.

In related Premier League activity, Brighton & Hove Albion has secured the signing of Canadian attacker Promise David from Union Saint-Gilloise. David joins on loan until June 30, 2027, with an option to buy set at €26 million. The move follows the departure of Danny Welbeck to Chelsea.
