Premier Padel enters decisive final stretch of the season
The Premier Padel circuit enters a decisive final stretch for the 2024 season, with nine tournaments remaining that will determine much of the year-end rankings. The upcoming schedule includes high-stakes events such as the Madrid P1, which serves as the final Spanish stop before the Finals in Barcelona, and the Paris Major in September.
Significant points are at stake in the coming months. The Madrid P1 offers 1,000 points, followed by the Paris Major, which awards 2,000 points per player. Other key tournaments include stops in Rotterdam, Germany, Milan, and the Kuwait Major, which was recently elevated to Major status by the FIP.
In the current FIP rankings, Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia lead the circuit with 20,980 points. Alejandro Galán and Federico Chingotto follow with a gap of approximately 3,000 points. However, with several Majors and the season Finals remaining, the point distribution allows for significant shifts in the top rankings.
