Premier Sports to broadcast all 2026 Rugby League World Cup matches

Premier Sports has been confirmed as the official broadcaster for the 2026 Rugby League World Cup, holding exclusive rights for the UK and Ireland. The broadcaster will air every match across all three concurrent tournaments: the men’s, women’s, and wheelchair competitions.

For Welsh supporters, all Wales Women and Wales Wheelchair matches will be broadcast live. The Wales Women’s campaign begins on October 17 against England in Perth, while the Wales Wheelchair team starts their tournament against England in Wollongong on October 30.

In addition to full tournament coverage, the Rugby Football League (RFL) announced that every England match across all three competitions will feature dedicated studio coverage with a punditry team to be announced in the coming weeks. Other men’s fixtures will be accompanied by Channel 7 Australian coverage.
