Première Ligue: Lyon and PSG face top-tier challenges

The sixth matchday of the Première Ligue features high-stakes matchups for the league leaders. Montpellier is set to face second-place Paris Saint-Germain this Friday, October 23, in Poissy. Despite PSG's historical dominance in recent encounters, Montpellier enters the match with a strong defensive record, having conceded only four goals this season.

Following their clash with PSG, Montpellier will face league leaders OL Lyonnes on October 31. Meanwhile, OL Lyonnes prepares to host Marseille this Saturday, October 24. The match between the top-ranked Lyonnes and fourth-place Marseille will be available for free via the Sport+ application. Lyonnes is currently balancing domestic competition with preparations for their upcoming Champions League fixture against Inter Milan.
