Premium Bandai launches re‑issues of two Gundam model kits for 2026

Premium Bandai will begin accepting reservations on 15 June at 11:00 JST for two re‑issued Gundam Gunpla kits. The MG 1/100 “Jim II Semi‑Striker” is priced at ¥5,060 with a planned shipment in October 2026, while the HG 1/144 version costs ¥2,090 and is slated for August 2026. Both releases have limited production runs and reservations will close once stock is exhausted.

Separately, the company is running a lottery for the HG 1/144 “Gundam Sandrock Kai EW” kit, priced at ¥4,180 with shipment scheduled for July 2026. The kit features a beam‑coating mantle and a heat‑shoter with a heated‑effect accessory. Like the other releases, availability is limited and subject to change.

All three products are sold through Premium Bandai’s official online store and target collectors aged eight and up.
