Premium Home Cinema Audio Systems Unveiled at 2026 Audio Advice Live and Southwest Audio Fest

At the Audio Advice Live 2026 show in Raleigh, North Carolina, Trinnov and Ascendo demonstrated their latest Cylindrical WaveForming bass technology. The demo used four Ascendo THE18 passive vented subwoofers along the front wall and two rear subs, driven by a Trinnov AltitudeCI processor, Amplitude 16 amplifier and Dante interface. The system aims to prevent standing‑wave bass distortion and deliver uniform, accurate low‑frequency response in square‑shaped rooms.

Meanwhile, DreamScapes A/V showcased a 32,000‑watt home‑theater installation at the Southwest Audio Fest 2026. The Alcons‑based system featured an 11.8.6 configuration with eight infrasonic subwoofers, Trinnov processing, Kaleidescape movie playback, Lumagen video processing and a 150‑inch Stewart Filmscreen. Both demonstrations highlighted cutting‑edge immersive audio solutions for high‑end home cinema environments.
