President Bola Tinubu opens new Ansar-Ud-Deen national headquarters in Lagos

President Bola Tinubu inaugurated the new National Headquarters of the Ansar‑Ud‑Deen Society of Nigeria, named Hassanat Abebi Okunnu House, in Surulere, Lagos. The ceremony was attended by Attorney General and Minister of Justice Lateef Fagbemi and Lagos State Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat, among other dignitaries.

Tinubu stressed that government alone cannot achieve the nation’s development goals and called on public institutions, private sector firms, civil‑society groups and faith‑based organisations to partner with the state. He praised the society’s century‑long contributions to education, healthcare and humanitarian programmes, and urged continued support for religious tolerance and community development as essential to Nigeria’s unity and prosperity.
