Trump also referenced recent cyberattacks on Minnesota water systems, dismissing claims of Iranian involvement and blaming state leadership instead.

The meeting, the 13th of Trump’s second term, was held three months before the November midterm elections, underscoring the president’s effort to rally support for the Republican Party ahead of the vote.
