President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed a series of decrees published in the Official Gazette that overhaul senior positions across numerous Turkish ministries and agencies. Tolga Balcı was removed as Deputy Director General of the Strategy and Budget Presidency’s Sectors and Public Investments division and replaced by Atila Bedir. Cem Kurt was appointed Deputy Director General of Legal Services at the Justice Ministry. Yakup Koç was dismissed as Head of Strategy Development at the Social Security Institution and succeeded by Health Ministry official İlkay Akçay. New members were named to several specialist boards of the Forensic Medicine Institute, including Dr. Yasin Kavla and Dr. Cündüllah Torun.

The reshuffle also reassigned dozens of provincial directors: Seval Yılmaz became Karaman provincial director, Nurettin Ulaş moved from Aksaray to Karaman, Müslüm Ferdi Bozkurt took over Kilis, Kuduret Gültaş replaced the Manisa director, and Ali Sait Çeçen was transferred to Diyarbakır. Additional appointments were made at the Energy Market Regulation Authority, the Agriculture Enterprises General Directorate, and the Transport and Infrastructure Ministry, among others. The changes took effect on 31 July 2026.
