President Iliana Yotova to visit Ruse for school opening and monument unveiling

Bulgarian President Iliana Yotova is scheduled to visit Ruse on September 15 for a series of events focused on education, historical memory, and youth.

Her itinerary includes attending the opening of the new school year at Hristo Botev High School. Following this, the President will participate in the official unveiling ceremony of a bust-monument dedicated to Prince Alexander I, located at the namesake square. The monument was funded by an initiative committee with support from the Ruse Municipality. The visit will conclude with a meeting between the President and representatives of the Youth Parliament – Ruse at the International Youth Center.
