President Karol Nawrocki visits Manila Cathedral

Polish President Karol Nawrocki and First Lady Marta Nawrocka visited the Manila Cathedral on October 8, 2026. During the visit, the presidential couple toured the historic site, which serves as the mother church of the Philippines, and viewed various religious treasures.

As a gesture of friendship, President Nawrocki presented the cathedral with a set of mass ampullae. The cathedral's clergy, including Monsignor Rolando dela Cruz, expressed gratitude, noting that the vessels would be used during special Masses, including those held for the intentions of the Polish people.

The visit also highlighted the ‘Bell of Hope,’ a gift from R&F Audio that was consecrated in the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Krakow, symbolizing the spiritual connection between Poland and the Philippines.
