President Siljanovska-Davkova marks start of school year in Ohrid

President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova attended the first school lesson for first-grade students at the ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ primary school in Ohrid to mark the beginning of the new academic year. Accompanied by Ohrid Mayor Kiril Pecakov, the President encouraged the youngest students to prioritize knowledge and curiosity over mere grades.

Siljanovska-Davkova emphasized that investing in knowledge is the best investment one can make, stating that it fosters independence and tolerance. She urged students to be critical thinkers, develop friendships with peers and teachers, and avoid violence.
