President Siljanovska-Davkova sends holiday greetings to Orthodox believers

President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova issued a congratulatory message to Archbishop Stefan of the Macedonian Orthodox Church – Ohrid Archbishopric and all Orthodox believers on the occasion of the Dormition of the Mother of God.

In her message, the President noted that the holiday serves as a reminder of spiritual strength, self-sacrifice, perseverance, and maternal love. She expressed that during times filled with trials and tribulations, the figure of the Mother of God should inspire people to remain on the path of goodness, build community, and practice solidarity and care for others. She concluded by wishing that churches both in the homeland and the diaspora be filled with believers united in Christian love.
