Nigerian leaders celebrate birthdays of Archbishop Wale Oke and Prof. Adebayo Williams

Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other prominent figures have extended congratulations to two notable individuals on their milestone birthdays.

Archbishop Francis Wale Oke, the National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and founder of Sword of the Spirit Ministries, celebrated his 70th birthday. The event in Ibadan was attended by former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Governor Seyi Makinde, and Bishop David Oyedepo. President Tinubu praised Oke for his spiritual leadership, his role in promoting religious coexistence, and his contributions to education as the Chancellor of Precious Cornerstone University.

Separately, Professor Adebayo Williams, a renowned scholar, columnist, and literary critic, marked his 75th birthday. President Tinubu and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu commended Williams for his significant contributions to African literature, journalism, and his commitment to democracy and intellectual discourse in Nigeria.
