Presidente Dutra Highway to host 137 support points for pilgrims

At least 137 support points will be established along the Presidente Dutra Highway (BR-116) to assist pilgrims traveling toward the National Sanctuary of Aparecida in Brazil. These service points, located in various cities including Guarulhos, Arujá, Santa Isabel, and Taubaté, aim to provide food, water, medical assistance, restrooms, and rest areas for devotees.

The mobilization coincides with the week of the Patroness, culminating in the feast of Nossa Senhora Aparecida on October 12, a national holiday. Many support locations will be most active during the early morning hours of October 11 and 12 to accommodate the influx of thousands of pilgrims making the journey on foot.
