Presidential Staff inspect nutrition service units in Yogyakarta and Malang

Officials from the Indonesian Office of the Presidential Staff (KSP) have conducted field inspections of Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) in Yogyakarta and Malang to ensure the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program adheres to established procedures.

In Yogyakarta, Senior Expert Aby Ismawan reviewed the Sorosutan 3 SPPG in Umbulharjo. He reported that the cooking and packing cycles are functioning correctly and meeting nutritional standards for beneficiaries, including students at SMP Negeri 10. Ismawan noted that waste management also complies with local environmental and health regulations.

In Malang Regency, Special Staff member Denny Tuejeh inspected the Tirtomoyo and Saptorenggo 2 SPPG facilities in Pakis District. The inspection focused on the entire supply chain, including raw material reception, cold storage, cooking processes, sanitation, and food distribution to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained at the frontline of the program.
