Pressure war thriller premieres in cinemas

The war thriller “Pressure” (titled “Niebo nad Normandią” in Poland) has premiered in cinemas, focusing on the critical meteorological decisions preceding the D-Day landings during World War II.

Directed by Anthony Maras, the film depicts the high-stakes 72 hours leading up to the Normandy invasion. It centers on the collaboration between General Dwight D. Eisenhower and British meteorologist James Stagg as they navigate the impact of weather on the success of the largest maritime invasion in history.

The production has received strong critical reception, with an 88% critic score and a 95% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Cast members include Andrew Scott, Brendan Fraser, Kerry Condon, Chris Messina, and Damian Lewis.
