Prestigia launches La Lagune residential sector in Rabat

Prestigia has officially launched ‘La Lagune’, a new residential sector within the ‘Rabat Riviera Golf Living’ project located between Rabat and Kenitra. The launch was marked by a cultural event on October 17, 2026, featuring a performance of Moroccan Andalusian music.

The celebration included over 100 Moroccan musicians from seven ensembles and 23 international artists representing 13 different countries. The musical program was inspired by the ‘Anthology of the Art of Ala’, an initiative by Addoha Group President Anas Sefrioui in collaboration with the Association of Andalusian Music Enthusiasts in Morocco.

La Lagune is designed as an oceanfront development featuring villas, apartments, an 18-hole golf course, and various sports, recreational, and commercial facilities. The site is also slated to host educational institutions, including the ESSEC business school campus and Atlas Schools, with future plans for hotel infrastructure and additional leisure spaces.
