Pérez-Llorca appoints Joana Mota Agostinho as partner

Pérez-Llorca has announced the appointment of Joana Mota Agostinho as a partner at its Lisbon office. Transitioning from Cuatrecasas, Agostinho will lead the firm's new Intellectual Property, Industrial, and Technology practice.

This new department is designed to provide legal counsel to national and international clients undergoing technological and digital transformations. Her expertise covers intellectual and industrial property, data protection, privacy, digital law, and cybersecurity regulations. Agostinho has previously advised digital transformation projects across various sectors, including banking, energy, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry.
