PRI leaders accuse Mexico's Morena of illegal campaign spending and election rule breaches

Ricardo Medina Farfán warned that this practice creates legal gaps and unequal sanctions, while Guillermo Valencia claimed a recent Morena rally in Morelia cost well over one million pesos, far beyond the reported 50,000‑peso figure.
