PRI secures decisive win in Coahuila state legislative election

The PRI-led alliance captured roughly 58% of the vote—about 700,000 ballots—in Coahuila’s mid‑term congressional elections, outpacing Morena’s 27% share. Voter turnout reached 51%, higher than previous cycles, and the governor, Manolo Jiménez Salinas, reported smooth logistics and no serious incidents across the 38 municipalities.
