Legacoop Romagna warns of housing emergency impacting regional economy

Legacoop Romagna has raised alarms regarding a housing emergency in the Romagna region, stating that the lack of available housing is impacting the territory's economic competitiveness. The association notes that the shortage affects young people, families, and workers with guaranteed incomes, making it difficult for businesses to attract necessary personnel.

To address this, Legacoop Romagna plans to meet with various public stakeholders, including provincial presidents, mayors, and prefects, to present formal proposals. These proposals aim to address legislative gaps at both national and regional levels, strengthen public housing assets, and promote cooperative efforts to mitigate housing distress.
