Prievidza to provide free public transport for Banícky jarmok

The city of Prievidza is enhancing public transportation services for the upcoming Banícky jarmok, held from September 4 to September 6. To accommodate high visitor numbers, the city will provide free evening and night bus connections.

New for this year, the free services will extend to the city districts of Veľká Lehôtka, Malá Lehôtka, and Hradec. Additionally, visitors will be able to travel to Bojnice free of charge. On the main event nights, Friday and Saturday, extra connections will run from 18:00 to 01:00 at intervals of 20 to 30 minutes to ensure safe travel for residents and visitors.
