Primark expands into northern Poland with new Koszalin store

Primark has opened its first store in northern Poland, located in the Forum Koszalin shopping center. The new location covers over 2,000 square meters on a single level and represents an investment of approximately 7 million euros. The store features 8 self-service checkouts, 3 traditional registers, and 12 fitting rooms, employing more than 60 people.

Maciej Podwojski, Sales Director for the CEE region at Primark, noted that Koszalin is the smallest Polish city to host a Primark store to date. While the assortment is tailored to the local market, the store offers a full range of fashion, home, and lifestyle products. The company is also analyzing the possibility of entering retail parks in Poland as part of its growth strategy.

This opening marks Primark's ninth location in Poland. The retailer plans further expansion through 2027, with new stores scheduled to open in Warsaw, Białystok, and Szczecin.
