Primate Ayodele criticizes President Tinubu and Nigerian leadership

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has issued sharp criticisms of President Bola Tinubu and the current Nigerian administration. Ayodele characterized the government as incompetent and described the nation’s current state as an “independence of stagnancy and hunger.” He argued that the administration lacks solutions for the country's problems and noted that the Muslim-Muslim ticket provides “bondage” rather than freedom.

Ayodele also advocated for the necessity of national restructuring to achieve true independence. Regarding national security, he has proposed the creation of a “Department of Spiritual Intelligence” to assist security operatives. He claims his spiritual warnings have accurately predicted security lapses, including a 2025 unsuccessful coup attempt involving plans to unseat Tinubu unconstitutionally through elements within the Nigerian Army and other military branches.
