Tarauacá police arrest two suspects in homicide investigation

Two men have been arrested in Tarauacá, Acre, following a homicide investigation. The crime occurred on a Friday afternoon in the Avelino Leal neighborhood, where a 31-year-old man was found dead inside a residence.

Police investigators utilized security camera footage to identify a silver Fiat Siena arriving at the scene. The vehicle was being operated by an app driver who reported being forced by a group of five hooded individuals to transport them to the victim's home.

Following the investigation, authorities identified and arrested two suspects: Alisson Diego Valle da Cruz, who was recognized by the driver, and another individual identified by the initials G. L. R., who was found in an abandoned house. During the arrest of the second suspect, police recovered a knife and marijuana.
