Set in rural Spain during the 1980s, the story follows Miguel and Alicia, a couple struggling with the loss of their son. The plot intensifies when they encounter a young French boy named Philippe, whose presence triggers intense emotions and questions regarding the past.

Netflix offers a selection of psychological thrillers centered on serial killers. One notable title is ‘The Whisper Man’, based on a novel and starring Adam Scott and Robert De Niro. The film follows a widowed writer whose son is kidnapped, leading him to seek help from his retired police officer father to determine if a new killer is at work or if an accomplice is involved.
