Prime Video announces new content releases and partnerships

Prime Video is expanding its content offerings through new entertainment releases and strategic partnerships. The streaming platform is collaborating with LG Electronics to promote the global release of the live-action film ‘Masters of the Universe’, directed by Travis Knight. The partnership highlights the LG OLED evo C6 television, utilizing the alpha 11 AI Gen3 processor and Dolby Vision/Atmos technologies to enhance the film's visual and auditory experience.

Additionally, the new season of the Colombian series ‘Betty la Fea: Más Fea Que Nunca’ is scheduled to premiere on August 28. The production, by RCN Estudios, features the return of original cast members Ana María Orozco and Jorge Enrique Abello. Subscribers of DIRECTV and the DGO streaming platform will be able to access the new season on Prime Video at no additional cost.
