Prime Video announces release date for ‘Duphaiya’ Season 2

Prime Video has announced the global premiere date for the second season of its Hindi original comedy-drama series, ‘Duphaiya’. The new season is scheduled to release on October 1, 2026, across more than 240 countries and regions.

Set in the fictional village of Dhadakpur, the story evolves from its previous crime-free setting to face new challenges and chaos. The series is directed by Sonam Nair and produced by Salona Bains Joshi and Shubh Shivdasani under the Bombay Film Cartel LLP banner.

Returning cast members include Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane, Sparsh Srivastava, Bhuvan Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi, and Yashpal Sharma. The new season also features Dinesh Lal Yadav (Nirahua) as part of the ensemble. Creators described the series as a story about the collision between big dreams and everyday struggles in rural India, blending humor with emotional moments.
