Prime Video begins filming Spanish thriller series

Prime Video has commenced filming for its new Spanish original series, ‘Cuando solo quedemos nosotros’. The production is an adaptation of the novel by Inés Garber and is being directed by Samantha López Speranza.

The series is described as a psychological thriller with romantic elements. The plot follows nine young people who wake up kidnapped in a remote villa in the woods, stripped of all means of communication with the outside world. The captives are forced to participate in a deadly game where the rule is to kill or be killed. As fatalities occur, the group faces increasing mistrust, though romantic relationships begin to form amidst the struggle for survival.

The ensemble cast includes Judith Fernández as Violeta, Pau Simón as Ander, Eva Ruiz as Melissa, and Sofía Reyes as Cloe. Other cast members include Júlia Mascort, La Imèn, Julio Batalla, Sergi Shan, and Tomy Aguilera. The production is handled by Globomedia, with María José Rodríguez and Juan Miguel Hernández serving as executive producers. The scripts are written by Jan Matheu and Victor Alonso-Berbel.
