Prime Video hosts Obsessed Retreat in the Bavarian Alps

Prime Video hosted its ‘Obsessed Retreat’ at Schloss Elmau in the Bavarian Alps, bringing together stars from upcoming films and series to showcase the platform’s growing focus on young adult content.

The event highlighted several upcoming international productions, including ‘Off Campus’, ‘Boys of Tommes’, ‘Our Fault: London’, and ‘Love Me Love Me 2’. Other featured titles include ‘The Love Hypothesis’, ‘Maxton Hall’, ‘Marfil – Gli Opposti’, ‘You+Me – Against the world’, ‘Drive – The pretenders’, and ‘Perfect Liars’.

Nicole Clemens, Vice President and Head of International Original Productions at Amazon MGM Studios, noted that the new wave of content is driven by international original productions in various languages. She stated that these stories are “rooted in local culture but with a universal appeal,” marking a strategic commitment to a younger global audience.
