Prime Video India and JioHotstar launch multiple new series for 2026

Prime Video India unveiled a broad new content slate that includes the seven‑episode comedy‑drama Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya starring Kay Kay Menon, the Malayalam thriller Drishyam 3, the second season of the medical drama Gram Chikitsalay, the fantasy action film Karuppu, the biographical series Made in India A Titan Story with Naseeruddin Shah, plus a range of crime, courtroom and international titles such as Scream 7 and the Korean drama See You Tomorrow.

JioHotstar announced seven original series slated for release in 2026. Highlights include Rajkumar Hirani’s streaming debut Pritam and Pedro, a crime‑drama set in Goa; Prisoner, about a prison transport officer forced to flee with a contract killer; Lingam, following a kabaddi star falsely accused of murder; Juhi Mui, featuring a lawyer with autism; and Resort, a culinary‑drama about a hotel kitchen under a stern executive chef. The platform emphasizes a mix of superhero action, crime thrillers, fantasy adventures, family drama and medical narratives.
