Prime Video India has announced that the second season of the comedy-drama series ‘Dupahiya’ will premiere globally on October 1. The new season returns to the fictional village of Dhadakpur, following the chaotic lives of its residents.

The upcoming plot involves the installation of a mobile tower on Banwari’s barren land, which triggers various superstitions and misunderstandings among the villagers. Additionally, the story follows Roshni as she prepares for her SSC exam under significant pressure, while Inspector Mithlesh investigates a potential scam related to the tower confusion.

The ensemble cast includes returning actors Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane, Bhuvan Arora, and Yashpal Sharma, alongside new addition Dinesh Lal Yadav, popularly known as Nirahua. The series is directed by Sonam Nair.
