Prime Video releases teasers for The Rings of Power season three

New promotional material for the third season of Prime Video’s ‘The Rings of Power’ suggests the narrative will focus on the war between Sauron and the Elves, as well as the creation of the One Ring.

Teasers have sparked theories regarding the identity and allegiances of the Dark Wizard, played by Ciarán Hinds. While the character previously expressed intentions to replace the Dark Lord, new footage shows him alongside Sauron at the Barad-dûr tower. This has led to speculation that the character may be one of the Blue Wizards, despite such an alliance potentially diverging from J.R.R. Tolkien’s original writings.

The third season is scheduled to premiere on November 11, with the first four episodes releasing initially, followed by two episodes on November 18, and the final two episodes on November 25.
