Reacher renewed for Season 6 by Prime Video following high viewership

Prime Video has renewed the action series ‘Reacher’ for a sixth season, marking the first time the show has received two renewals within a single year. The announcement comes while Season 5 is still in production in Toronto. Season 5 is expected to be based on Lee Child’s novel ‘Make Me’.

The renewal follows strong viewership performance for Season 4, which reportedly reached 66 million global viewers within its first 28 days. Season 4 is now ranked among the top five most-viewed seasons of any original series on the platform. The series has reached a total of over 200 million viewers worldwide since its 2022 debut.

In addition to the main series, the spin-off ‘Neagley’, starring Maria Sten, has also been released and is reportedly positioned for a second season renewal. The franchise continues to see significant international engagement, with a large portion of the audience located in the UK, Germany, and Brazil.
