Prime Video sets August 28 release for ‘Babita Singh Reporting’

Prime Video has announced the global release date for the Indian investigative drama ‘Babita Singh Reporting’, set to premiere on August 28.

Directed by Ambiecka Pandit and written by Amita Vyas, the film stars Nimisha Sajayan, Barun Sobti, and Anshumaan Pushkar. The plot follows Babita Singh, a suspended police officer in a small Indian town, who begins investigating the murder of a childhood friend. The narrative is described as a portrait of a woman confronting her past choices and navigating complex family dynamics while seeking the truth.

The film is produced by Saurabh Malhotra, Manuj Mittra, and Tina Tharwani under Film Squad Productions in association with Act Three, with Sudip Sharma serving as executive producer.
