Primoris Services Corporation signs major lease in Sugar Land Town Square

Primoris Services Corporation, a Fortune 500 critical infrastructure services provider, has signed a 25,352-square-foot office lease at Sugar Land Town Square in Fort Bend County, Texas. The company is expected to occupy the 8th floor of 2150 Town Square Place starting in 2027.

The lease comes amid a significant redevelopment initiative for the district. The City of Sugar Land previously approved a $12.5 million reinvestment to enhance the property, focusing on upgrades to Town Square One and Town Square Two. Planned improvements include refreshed lobbies, updated finishes, and new hospitality-inspired amenities such as a fitness center, café, and a tenant lounge and conference center known as The Work Club at Charlie’s.

Renovations for the mixed-use development began in mid-2026 and are scheduled for completion by spring 2027.
