Primus NXT GmbH launched as digital transformation partner

The Primus Group has established Primus NXT GmbH to serve as a digital transformation partner. The new company focuses on supporting transformation projects, including process optimization, Cloud-ERP systems, and the implementation of AI-driven automation. Its primary target sectors include software, consulting, and platform companies.

Managing Director Julian Schneider stated that the company follows a specific sequence for digital transformation: process, system landscape, enablement, and adoption. The approach prioritizes process design over system selection to ensure lean architecture and meaningful AI application.

This launch is part of a restructuring where the former Primus Solutions AG has become PRIMUS Holding AG, consisting of two independent operational units. Primus Solutions GmbH will continue to handle Oracle E-Business Suite and system services, while Primus NXT GmbH will manage the Cloud-ERP business with a focus on Oracle NetSuite.
