Prince Daniel of Sweden: From fitness trainer to royalty

Prince Daniel of Sweden, formerly known as Daniel Westling, has transitioned from a fitness trainer to a member of the Swedish royal family. Born in Örebro to Olle and Ewa Westling, his path to royalty was unconventional.

Before his marriage to Crown Princess Victoria on June 19, 2010, Westling focused on sports such as basketball, ice hockey, motocross, and football. Following his high school graduation, he completed military service and worked in a care home for children with disabilities after failing to enter university.
